Purpose: All employees have an obligation to discharge their professional responsibilities concerning students in a fair and conscientious manner and in accordance with the ethical standards generally recognized within the academic community.Ìý Honesty and professional integrity are expected of all 91ºÚÁÏ employees and it is a serious violation of trust when the interests of the College, the Board of Trustees, and other employees are disregarded in the course of performing duties.
91ºÚÁÏ will treat each person of the College community as an individual and provide a positive, success-oriented environment. College policies and procedures attempt to protect the rights and development of each individual.Ìý The College is committed to meet these responsibilities with balance, fairness, accountability, and ethical integrity.
