Chief Financial Officer and Associate Vice President
Position: Full-time, Benefitted, Professional, FLSA Exempt, 12-month position. College pays up to $2,000 for relocation expenses

Salary Hire Range: $107,000 – 152,000 annually for each 12-month appointment (actual amount depends on education and experience)
Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Associate Vice President (AVP) of Administrative Services has a critical role as the senior financial executive for the college and assists with the oversight of the administrative functions for the college. The position provides executive leadership, oversight, accountability, and strategic direction for the College’s financial operations. The position requires visionary leadership for the college’s financial and operational functions. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the College’s senior financial executive and strategic advisor to the President and Board of Trustees.
The position provides leadership and oversight in assigned operational areas, which may include facilities and maintenance, grounds, custodial services, transportation, safety and security, purchasing, auxiliary operations, risk management, contracts, capital projects, budgeting support, and other institutional administrative functions. The Associate Vice President works closely with the Vice President for Administrative Services and other executive leadership to support the College’s mission, strategic goals, fiscal sustainability, operational effectiveness, compliance obligations, and campus service environment.
As a member of the President’s Cabinet and executive leadership team, the position plays a key leadership role in institutional planning, resource allocation, financial forecasting, operational assessment, risk management, capital planning, and organizational sustainability. The CFO is responsible for ensuring fiscal integrity, transparency, compliance, stewardship of public resources, and implementation of sound business practices across the institution. The position may serve similar duties as assigned for the 91ºÚÁÏ Foundation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in higher education, public sector, or governmental finance

- Cash flow and fund accounting

Registrar
Position: Full-time, Benefitted, Professional, FLSA Exempt, 12-month position. College pays up to $500 for relocation expenses

Salary Hire Range: $82,050 to $104,900 annually for each 12-month appointment (actual amount depends on education and experience)
The Registrar is responsible for administering an accurate student record system for the College and overseeing student registration for all credit coursework throughout the College’s service area. The Registrar helps author, advise, and enforce policies and compliance procedures related to student records and registration. The primary duties of the Registrar include recordkeeping, registration of students, transfer evaluation, residency classification, catalog development, graduation audits/checks, preparation of official transcripts, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong, detail oriented skills to ensure the integrity and accuracy of academic records maintained by the College, and for all degrees and certificates
conferred by EWC. The Registrar must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
The position of Registrar is full-time, benefitted employment on the Main Campus of the College in Torrington, typically working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, there may be occasions when other times and additional hours will be required per institutional needs. The position requires occasional travel regionally and within the College Service Area. The position is categorized as Professional Staff, and it is FSLA Exempt.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business management, or related field from accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education
• Three years of work experience in a Registrar’s office or related higher education position/field
• Education/Experience Equivalency: Associate’s degree in related field and six years of work experience from which comparable knowledge, experience, and ability was acquired
• Knowledge of effective principles and practices in a college registrar’s office including confidentiality of
student records and information
• Extensive computer ability to maintain databases, learn and train others on current/new software, create query reports, and regularly enter/set application variables (e.g. Colleague RYAT function)
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal rapport
• Current and valid state-issued Driver License
Agriculture Technology Instructor
Position: Faculty, Full-time, Tenure-track, 11-month annual renewing contract, Benefitted, FLSA Exempt, College pays up to $500 for relocation expenses
Start Date: August 13, 2026 with preference given to applications dated on or before 6/30/26.
Salary Hire Range: $51,477 – $62,503 annually for each 11-month contract (actual amount depends on education and experience)
Job Summary:
The Agriculture Technology Instructor is a full-time, benefitted, tenure-track, faculty categorized position whose primary responsibility is to provide high-quality instruction in agricultural technology and related disciplines through a combination of classroom, laboratory and experiential learning environments. This position emphasizes hands-on, applied instruction utilizing modern equipment and industry-relevant practices that prepare students for careers in agriculture and related fields. Primary responsibilities include the development and delivery of curriculum aligned with institutional learning outcomes and industry standards; assessment of student learning; and the integration of emerging agricultural technologies into instruction. In addition to teaching, the instructor maintains and manages laboratory spaces, equipment, and safety protocols; collaborates with faculty, staff, and industry partners; and participates in program development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. The position is on the Torrington Campus and will require regional travel.
Nursing Instructor (Torrington)

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor is a full-time, benefitted, faculty categorized position located at the Torrington campuses. The RN Instructor must use multiple learning methods in the classroom and laboratory to maximize student learning. The position is responsible for delivering all facets of the Nursing curricula instruction materials to students in-class and the laboratory (i.e. clinical). Strong content knowledge, instruction, personal leadership, and communication skills are needed to meet program requirements and enable student success. The RN Instructor is assigned a cohort of students and their work hours on Monday – Friday may be days/afternoons or evenings. The position does require travel to various agencies for clinical instruction.
CCRC Director

Job Summary:
The Director is a full-time, benefitted, federal and state grant-funded, and Professional staff D62 categorized position. The position is responsible for all facets of the College & Career Readiness Center, inclusive of workforce literacy, Bridge programming, Integrated Education and Training (IET), digital and financial literacy, high school equivalency certificate (HSEC), and English as a Second Language (ESL) instructional programs serving the six-county Service Area.
The Director oversees all Service Area locations for Adult Education, administers AE policies and procedures, prepares year-end grant reports, creates and executes the AE annual budget, plans and conducts program activities, purchases required items, and supervises/hires/trains all AE and related program instructors. Other duties include program marketing, database management, develop and maintain working partnerships with employers, Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, and participation in NEXTGEN sector partnership meetings. A thorough understanding of AE, Workforce, Bridge programming, HSEC, and ESL programs, their objectives, and student requirements is necessary. Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills are needed to meet program requirements and work effectively in the position.
The Director typically works Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position requires occasional travel nationally, in Wyoming, and across the Service Area to attend meetings, train and evaluate program instructors, or to teach students.
Assistant Rodeo Coach

Job Summary:
The Assistant Rodeo Coach & Rodeo Livestock Care Specialist at 91ºÚÁÏ supports the Head Rodeo Coach in leading a competitive and student-focused intercollegiate rodeo program that reflects the mission, values, and goals of EWC and the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA). This position involves coaching student-athletes, academic monitoring and mentoring, recruiting, assisting with daily operations of the rodeo program, and managing the care and well-being of rodeo livestock. The Assistant Coach would ensure proper daily care, feeding, health monitoring, and movement of livestock, while also assisting with hauling, scheduling, and coordination of animals for practices, events, and clinics. The assistant coach plays a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment both in and out of the arena.
