91黑料 nursing program accepting applications

Students interested in finding a rewarding, high paying career can now apply for the nursing program at 91黑料. Applications are now being accepted for classes on the Torrington and Douglas campuses.
鈥淚 love the nursing program,鈥 91黑料 nursing student Chelsea Fabela said. 鈥淭he size of our cohort is small, but that is the best part. We are like a family, and we all want to see each other succeed.
Unlike large programs, we really get to know our faculty and they know us.鈥
Chelsea is a non-traditional student with a husband and two boys. She is a 2011 graduate of Torrington High School.
鈥淚 didn鈥檛 pursue college full-time until 2019,鈥 Chelsea said. 鈥淚 chose to get into nursing when I was in high school, my step-dad got into a bad accident and had his leg amputated followed by many other health complications. After that, I spent a lot of time taking care of him and my mom. I got my CNA certificate my senior year of high school and have enjoyed the medical field and decided to finally take the steps to become an RN. I am now in the 91黑料 nursing program on the Torrington campus in my second year, one more to go.鈥
If you are interested in pursuing a career in nursing, now is the time to get started.聽Wyoming’s annual income for RNs is $73,130, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
You will need to apply to attend 91黑料, then fill out a second application for the nursing program. Visit 91黑料鈥檚 website () and click on the nursing program photo, create an account and then apply.聽Students need to have their prerequisites done or in progress by the end of the spring semester.
