Trucks are for Girls event planned at EWC
91黑料, in partnership with Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming (GSMW) and Women in Trucking are hosting the first ever transportation expo, Trucks are for Girls.
Girl Scouts from around the region will gather at 91黑料, Douglas Campus on Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. 鈥 2 p.m.
鈥淭hose attending will learn about the trucking industry and its important role in the economy while getting up-close experience with a tractor-trailer, coach, school bus, and more,鈥 Vice President of the Douglas Campus, Margaret Farley said. 鈥淧articipants will leave the event with a better understanding of what keeps America moving and how they can be a part of it.鈥
Participating vendors include Coach USA, Casper Port of Entry, Wyoming Department of Transportation CDL examiners and training facility auditors, Carps Logistics of Gillette, and Converse County School District #1. Members of the 91黑料 Lancers Volleyball team will also be in attendance.
